This blog chronicles my experience combining Couch-to-5K with Vibram Fivefinger KSO’s for a barefoot running experience. I am not an athlete, I don’t even like running, but I know I want to be active now and when I’m old and grey. Will I make it? Will my lab, Toby, be able to keep up with me (or vice versa)?
